With over two decades of sales experience and a strong background in real estate and community leadership, Linda joins McCaw during an exciting period of rapid growth and innovation.
Linda brings an impressive resume to McCaw. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001 and served as a top regional sales representative in the Atlanta market, consistently ranking as a leading producer with a 70% close rate. Linda has helped homeowners market and sell properties with customized plans across MLS, social media, and digital platforms. She has also personally managed and renovated vacation rental properties, delivering strong investment returns—experience that aligns perfectly with McCaw’s mission to help real estate investors build wealth through smart portfolio decisions.
In her role as a Real Estate Consultant at McCaw, Linda will focus on helping current and prospective landlord clients increase their rental income and long-term equity. From providing industry-leading property management services to identifying reinvestment opportunities—such as 1031 exchanges—she will serve as a dedicated partner in each client’s investment journey.
Outside of work, Linda is an active community volunteer. She serves on the board of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL), supports the basketball booster club, and has spent years fundraising and coordinating events through the PTA. She and her husband enjoy spending weekends boating on Lake Grapevine, and are proud parents to a Texas Tech student and a high school sophomore.
