More About Kyle McCaw | Property Manager, Owner
“My passion for real estate began as a student at Texas A&M University. Soon after graduation, I began my real estate investment career purchasing several income properties.
My first purchase was a duplex. My first tenant paid 87% of my PITI (principal, interest, taxes & insurance). I soon picked up a roommate who paid the other 13%! After that, I knew I was onto something.
Within a few months, I purchased my second duplex. In 2003 I became a real estate agent focused on helping others build wealth and income with real estate. Within several months I was managing 3 small apartment complexes in addition to multiple duplexes throughout Columbus, OH.
The apartment complexes each had 12, 15, and 25 units and were located next to Ohio State University. I relocated to Dallas/Fort Worth in late 2004 to be closer to family. In 2008 I became a Texas real estate broker and opened McCaw Property Management.
McCaw Property Management was formed to solve real estate challenges by working outside of the traditional Realtor box. When a McCaw Property Management agent looks at a property, he or she is not limited to only traditional transactions.
We have found that in today’s economic environment we need to be aware of all the ways to help solve real estate problems. I have managed rehab projects consistently from start to finish for the last fifteen years.
My ability to analyze investment potential and manage construction on properties places me in the ranks of very few real estate professionals.”
Kyle also volunteers for Pack 175 Cub Scouts and numerous little league sports.

As a proud Texas A&M graduate, he feels that it is very important to give back to his alma mater. He regularly volunteers for the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship as a guest judge for the MBA Venture Challenge, 3 Day Startup competition, and the Raymond Ideas Challenge.
Kyle also is on the board of the Northeast Tarrant County A&M Club
(www.netcaggies.com). In this organization his most proud accomplishment is creating the annual Howdy Trip for area high school juniors. The primary goal of the trip is to introduce the Aggie Spirit to high school students that may not otherwise have the opportunity to visit Texas A&M. The NETC A&M Club provides chaperones, transportation, and meals for the day trip. Students attend a campus tour, meet with admissions, eat in a dining hall, meet Yell Leader, Reveille (Aggie mascot), and more. The trip is free of cost to the selected students.

Kyle McCaw
Chief Executive Officer CEO – Owner/Broker
Licensed Broker and serves in various roles of the company. Outside of property management he works on real estate investment opportunities. Kyle is a Texas A&M Aggie through and through. He and his wife have two children and are busy with community events.

Jeff Wall
Chief Operating Officer – COO
Oversees the daily operations of McCaw Property Management (Staff, Financials, HR). Works directly with Owners and their portfolio. Jeff has a finance background with 35 plus years of experience. He has three grown daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Noelle Dworsky
Director of Operations
Supervises our Leasing Coordinator and our Property Marketing Coordinator. Works directly with Owners and Tenants with questions or concerns they have. She serves a major role in tenant payments and collections. She and her husband have two grown children. They are all about sports, particularly basketball.

Ricardo Pino
VA Supervisor & Executive Administrator
Coordinates listings and showings for vacant properties. Works directly with all applicants, realtors and owners. Specializes in accounts payable duties and creates various reports for owners and for McCaw Property Management. Ricardo is eager to work with all applicants, realtors and owners. His philosophy is to find a solution for all situations.

Heather Phildius
Real Estate Consultant/Realtor
Markets our services and onboards all new Owners. She is generally the first point of contact with our Owner’s and she assures a smooth transition in setting the pace with our Owners and meeting their expectations. She and her husband have two children. She is a licensed realtor and is eager to assist with any real estate opportunities.

Darla Lydens
Leasing Manager
Reviews all incoming applications and makes the determination whether to lease or not. She prepares the lease and oversees this process until finalized. She also performs all move outs and move ins, coordinates listings for vacant properties. She works directly with all applicants, realtors and owners. Darla is compassionate in all that she does. She and her husband have two children and perhaps a third if you include their pet (claims to be human).

Cassie Herd
Maintenance Manager
Coordinates make ready projects and maintenance request for our properties. She works directly with vendors, tenants and owners. Cassie has a background in customer service. She and her husband have three children. Cassie is an artist at heart and in her free time she enjoys drawing portraits.

Kevin Coco-Senyszyn
Real Estate Consultant
His role in the company is to work on marketing our services and onboarding new owners. Additionally, He provides resources and guidance to owners seeking to expand their real estate portfolio. He is dedicated to helping individuals grow their wealth through real estate. He is a proud graduate of Texas A&M and is originally from New Braunfels.

Erick Silva
Administrative Assistant
He is best for detecting problems, troubleshooting, and establishing solutions promptly. He is passionate about his job duties in our maintenance, billing & leasing departments. Very ambitious and determined to resolve anything that comes his way and is consistently fueled to give it his all.
