This is different. Vinyl plank comes in six-inch wide planks and it’s more durable than the sheet vinyl or carpet. It feels like a hard plastic with a good look.
There’s a texture on vinyl planks that feel like wood. This can be an attractive option for your house, and it’s still reasonably priced. Tenants looking for a fashionable floor will be pleased. It’s also easy to maintain. You sweep it, mop it, even use your Swiffer. If you damage a plank, a new one can be installed easily. You don’t have to replace the whole floor.
